“by Popular Demand (or bpd as the locals call it) is our answer to the neighbors longing for that special local place to mix and mingle, to have a drink and watch the game, to meet friends and make new ones.” says owner Russell Masraff. “What makes bpd great is that the neighbors bring a unique spirit to the place that is welcoming, exciting and comfortable.”
‘Ask and you shall receive’ is a saying prominently designed into the hallway floor tiles, which sums up how a simple request by locals, motivated the establishment of this little neighborhood bar.

Totally enjoyed our visit here tonight. Bartender was accomplished. The cocktails were complex and balanced. The cosmo pizza was perfection. The ambience was comfortable with a variety of seating options. Newly opened venue worthy of our support. We will definitely be back.

AWESOME, classy, laid-back cocktail/beer/bourbon lounge. Wife and I arrived on a Friday at about 5pm, about a week after BPD opened. It was starting to fill up but we were able to grab a table. They have a few TVs inside and we were able to catch some games/news...would be a cool place to watch a game! Outside they have a few outdoor couches, TVs and cornhole sets with movable heaters.

Super laid back but classy neighborhood bar! Great cocktails and a beautiful interior with plenty of tvs which make it the perfect place to watch games. Bar bites I've tried have all been fantastic. Even have a cool little patio with fire tables and cornhole! Waitstaff and management go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. We've been waiting for a spot JUST LIKE THIS!!
